Yogic Physiology is considered as one of the doorways towards enlightenment. The state is achieved through practices such as asanas and pranayam which renders cognitive shifting of the human brain i.e. changes in the communication of conscious brain with unconscious brain. Self awareness, environmental awareness, awareness regarding one’s roles and responsibilities and belief in God helps attaining cognitive shifts within oneself. Most of the decisions we make throughout the day are mostly out of three strong feelings of fear/greed/lust. The spleen is the organ responsible for our fear. Whereas our reproductive organs are responsible for our lust and greed.

This makes the two organs most powerful amongst all organs in the human body as it makes us experience the strongest emotions of life with or without external stimuli. Consciously or unconsciously these two organs are ruling our life, making us a puppet of our impulses.Shutting our intelligence away, making excuses and taking decision to get out of our own way leads to self-restricting patterns. Life is about living and expressing our higher self, our true self, with a certain level of comfort and chaos.

- None of our decisions are based by the input of our senses.
- None of our actions are based on our decisions.
Having a clear understanding is walking up the Yogic Psychology path towards enlightenment.
